This year’s headquarters is Best Western Premier, the Central Hotel & Conference Center, at 800 East Park Circle, Harrisburg, right off Exit 48 of Interstate 83 on the east side of the city. Our board meeting on June 16 and annual members’ meeting and banquet on June 17 both will be held at the hotel, and buses for all events and excursions will depart from the front entrance. Those driving to Harrisburg will find abundant, free parking at the hotel. When parking, remove valuables from view and lock your vehicle. The Best Western offers shuttle bus service to Harrisburg International Airport and Harrisburg Transportation Center, Amtrak’s station in the city. To arrange a pickup at either location, call in advance: 717-561-2800.
We have reserved 20 double queen rooms and 10 king rooms for those arriving on June 16 and departing June 21. The rate for both room types is $154.95 on June 16, 17 and 18 and $239.95 on June 19 and 20. Early birds will appreciate the $7 hot breakfast available June 16-19. The price is slightly higher June 20 and 21.
If you don’t plan to share a room, please book a king room. We would like to make sure all doubles are occupied by two people.
To book a room at our negotiated rate, please click HERE. (Please note: The hotel’s website will show the rate as $188.95 per night, which is the average cost for your five-night stay.)
