Before deciding whether to register, please be aware of the limitations you may encounter on trips planned for this annual meeting:

• Entering and exiting vintage railcars: You may have to pull yourself up from the ground to reach the railcar steps, particularly during photo stops. Also, you may have to lower yourself several feet from the last step to the ground.
• Restroom access on vintage railcars: You may have to wait for others to use the limited facilities.
• Restroom access on buses conveying the group to event destinations: Please take reasonable precautions to minimize the need to use restrooms during bus trips.
• Wheelchairs and walkers cannot be accommodated due to lack of ramps and elevators at most destinations and on vintage equipment.

Those with food allergies or dietary restrictions may not be able to consume provided meals. Please advise us in advance if you require special meals. We will attempt to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee availability of foods for individual needs. It is each participant’s responsibility to determine whether meals served en route, in restaurants and at the annual banquet are safe for them to consume.

Anyone with a contagious illness is strongly encouraged not to participate. If you come down with a cold or flu at the last minute, please take every possible precaution to prevent infecting others.
